Coral Ridge is located in East Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This upscale neighborhood is bordered on the west by the Intracoastal Waterway and is located between the roadway of Commercial Boulevard and Sunrise Boulevard. The Oakland Park Boulevard divides Coral Ridge into two areas. The first part, is the section of Coral Ridge from Oakland Park to Sunrise Park Boulevard which is referred to as ‘Old Coral Ridge.’ While the second section which is referred to as ‘Coral Ridge Country Club Estates’ is located in the northern part of Coral Ridge beyond Oakland Park up until Commercial Blvd.The waterfront homes in Coral Ridge are located on finger isles which opens to the Intracoastal Waterway. Bayview drive runs through the middle of Coral Ridge from the north to the south. The waterfront homes that are located on the west side of the Bayview are directly on Middle River. These homes do not have “isles” like the waterfront homes on the east, but instead have more of a neighborhood feel. While the waterfront homes on the west side have a fixed bridge, they are still able to have beautiful views and enjoy all that Coral Ridge has to offer. The waterfront homes located on the east side of Bayview drive have no fixed bridges, which gives the residents an unobstructed access to the Intracoastal Waterway and also allows for much larger boats. This Waterway leads to the Atlantic Ocean.
